Shimla, March 29 -- All India Congress Committee (AICC) has constituted the Political Affairs Committee of the state unit of Congress with immediate effect, bringing together a broad spectrum of senior leaders and organisational functionaries to steer political strategy in the state.
According to a press release issued by AICC General Secretary K.C.
