Bengaluru, Aug. 11 -- Artificial intelligence has reached a point where technology is no longer the biggest obstacle to adoption; the real challenge is getting enterprises ready to use it, with poor data, weak governance and outdated business processes preventing many AI pilots from reaching production, Mayank Verma, Global Head-Data and AI at Xebia, said on Tuesday.

"Technology is ready for the next revolution of AI. The question is whether we as humans and organisations are ready for that," Verma told UNI in an interview.

He said companies today have access to a wide range of AI technologies, from large and small language models to open-weight models and cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
