Bhubaneswar, July 24 -- To enhance passenger safety during the ongoing Rath Yatra festivities, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) of East Coast Railway has deployed its AI-powered robotic security platform, DSC ARJUN, at Puri Railway Station.
With lakhs of devotees arriving for Bahuda Yatra, Suna Besha and Adharapana, the station is witnessing heavy passenger movement. The AI-enabled robot is assisting RPF personnel by conducting round-the-clock surveillance across platforms, waiting halls and other passenger areas while broadcasting safety advisories through its public announcement system.
