Hyderabad, July 31 -- Artificial Intelligence is transforming Global Capability Centres (GCCs) from traditional delivery hubs into AI-native enterprises, requiring leaders to focus on business outcomes, trust and human-AI collaboration rather than conventional operational metrics, ANSR Inc Founder Lalit Ahuja said on Friday.
