Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 9 -- AI can transform the real estate landscape by providing sustainable and futuristic solutions to real-time problems, said Manu Madhavan, COO of DCUBE Ai, an AI services company based in Technopark.
Sharing his views during Technopark's official vodcast series 'Aspire: Stories of Innovation', Manu said Technopark and other IT parks in the state can adopt AI-based solutions like the digital twin model and smart buildings, which could enhance efficiency and sustainability in the long run.
