Bengaluru, Nov. 6 -- Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming a core part of cybersecurity operations in India, with 94% of organizations already deploying AI to detect, respond to, and predict cyber threats, according to a 2025 survey by IDC commissioned by Fortinet.
The survey highlighted that AI is no longer limited to detection. Enterprises are using AI for predictive threat modelling, automated incident response, AI-driven threat intelligence, and behavioural analytics.
Generative AI is increasingly applied for updating policies, drafting detection rules, and guiding investigations, though fully autonomous remediation is not widely implemented.
