Agartala, Aug. 10 -- The International Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) has recognized Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) with an impressive 131st rank among 823 medical institutions across the country.
Kiran Gitte, the Secretary to the Chief Minister, noted that the current IIRF rankings show that the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi is ranked first, followed by Madras Medical College in Chennai at second, and the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry in third.
