Lucknow, April 3 -- Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary (Medical & Health), Amit Kumar Ghosh, has taken cognisance of the incident involving the death of a three-year-old child at an illegally operating clinic located in the village of Saudhan Karanpur Kayastha, within the Kailadevi police station area of Sambhal district recently.
The Additional Chief Secretary had issued directives to the concerned Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to submit an immediate report regarding the illegal clinic.
The report submitted by the CMO clarifies that, upon inspection, the clinic was found to be closed. The local residents stated that the clinic was being operated by Aniket-son of one Pappu Singh-without any display board or valid authorisation. The ch...
