Lucknow, July 28 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday assured farmers that sufficient stocks of fertilizers are available across the state for the Kharif season and urged them not to be misled by rumours or misinformation.
The Chief Minister directed officials to maintain continuous monitoring of the fertilizer supply and distribution system and ensure the prompt resolution of any technical issues affecting farmers.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Yogi said that ensuring the timely availability of quality fertilizers, as per crop requirements, after paddy transplantation and the sowing of other Kharif crops remains a top priority of the state government.
