Mumbai, Feb. 9 -- Bollywood actor Adarsh Gourav has gone beyond the written script to authentically inhabit the role of a local rapper from Nalasopara in his upcoming film "Tu Ya Main".
Adarsh has spent a considerable time delving into Mumbai's underground hip-hop culture, meeting and speaking with several influential artists from the scene to understand the real life behind the music.
He visited various areas of the city, including Govandi, Nalasopara, Kurla, Dharavi and Andheri, where he met, observed and jammed with leading rappers who shaped the independent hip-hop movement.
