Mumbai, April 3 -- Utility provider Adani Power Limited has received a Letter of Award from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the supply of 2500 MW of round-the-clock renewable electricity, according to official sources.
The Letter of Award was received by the company at 8:30 pm on April 1, 2026, after Adani Power was declared as the successful bidder in the e-RA results.
The contract is for the long-term supply of round-the-clock renewable electricity for a period of 25 years from the scheduled commencement date of supply. The agreement has been awarded under the provisions of the tender floated by MSEDCL and is subject to the conditions stated in the Letter of Award.
