Aizawl, March 10 -- Mizoram Power & Electricity Minister F. Rodingliana on Monday evening held a meeting with representatives of the Adani Group at his office in Aizawl to discuss the proposed 460 MW Chhimtuipui (Kolodyne) Hydel Project and explore possible collaboration between the Mizoram government and the conglomerate in advancing the state's power sector. During the meeting, Rodingliana welcomed the visiting Adani Group delegation and said the Mizoram government is actively seeking capable partners as it works towards achieving self-reliance in power generation.
He said it was encouraging that Adani Group, one of India's largest and most trusted corporate entities, has shown interest in investing in Mizoram.
