Mumbai, June 25 -- Adani Green Energy Limited informed the stock exchanges on Thursday that Sagar R Adani has been reappointed after all resolutions adopted at its recent AGM were passed by a majority of shareholders, who participated in the electronic voting procedure as per guidelines of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA).
The company submitted the voting results of its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday June 25, 2026 at 10:00 am through video conferencing and other (VC) audio-visual means, in compliance with Regulation 44(3) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India's (SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
