Bengaluru, Aug. 23 -- Stepping up his attack on the Congress over its alleged double standards on industrialist Gautam Adani, Karnataka Leader of Opposition R Ashoka on Sunday asked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to explain why the Karnataka government was "rolling out a red carpet" for Adani despite repeatedly targeting him in public.
"Rahul Gandhi has called Adani a BJP agent. But in Karnataka, the Congress government is rolling out a red carpet for him. Has Rahul Gandhi given permission for this?" Ashoka asked while addressing reporters at the BJP state office here.
