Mumbai, Oct. 15 -- Actor Imran Khan, the nephew of actor Aamir Khan, plans to move the Bombay High Court challenging a notice issued by the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO), which functions under the Mumbai police, asking him to leave the country by October 28, sources said here on Thursday.
His lawyers Zulfiquar Memon, Parvez Memon and Chirag Naik from MZM Legal LLP, who will approach the court soon, have termed the Mumbai police notice, asking the actor to leave the country by October 28, as "drastic".
The actor's plea is likely to be mentioned before a division bench of Chief Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Advait Sethna for urgent hearing, sources said.
