Vijayawada, Nov. 6 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Water Resources Development Nimmala Ramanaidu today made it clear that the Government is preparing an action plan to complete 9 major irrigation projects expeditiously.
The Minister held a meeting with the irrigation officials and engineers at the Secretariat and reviewed the progress of construction of irrigation projects.
"An action plan has been prepared to complete the vital irrigation projects expeditiously including BRR Vamsadhara, Thotapalli,Vamsadhara-Nagavali link project, Janghavathi reservoir, Hiramandalam liftscheme, Nagavali-Champavathi, Mahendra Tanaya, Tharakarama Theerthasagar and the Madduvalasa reservoir," the Minister noted, and directed the officials to give top priorit...
