Amravati, April 23 -- The main accused in the sexual exploitation case that came to light in Paratwada in Amravati district, Ayan Ahmed, was brought to Achalpur and paraded through the streets by police on Wednesday.
Ayan Ahmed, who was arrested for allegedly making objectionable videos of young women from the Paratwada area, was brought today to the Samarasapura police station in Achalpur.
Ayan was seen limping, leading citizens to speculate that the police had thoroughly "dealt with" him. A large crowd gathered to see him.
It is being said that this action was taken to instill fear of the law among criminals and to send a strong message to society.
Many expressed anger against the accused and demanded strict punishment.
