Srinagar, June 5 -- Jammu and Kashmir's Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a case against the then Director Horticulture Kashmir, members of various committees, and a private contractor over alleged corruption, financial irregularities, and abuse of official position in execution of development works at Zawoora Garden in Srinagar.
The case was registered following the outcome of a Joint Surprise Check conducted into allegations of corruption, financial irregularities, procedural violations, and abuse of official position in connection with development works executed by the Horticulture Department at Zawoora Garden, Srinagar.
