New Delhi, July 28 -- The Trinamool Congress on Tuesday backed the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, in the Lok Sabha even as it launched a scathing attack on the Modi government, with party MP Abhishek Banerjee alleging that the proposed law was less a solution and more an acknowledgement of the Centre's failure to protect the credibility of India's examination system.
