New Delhi, July 16 -- Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor on Thursday said that the Aam Aadmi Party, by suspending its three women councilors, including Sultana Abad, has once again demonstrated that Arvind Kejriwal is anti-women.
Kapoor alleged that the AAP chief compelled the three councillors to quit AAP merely for questioning him and Saurabh Bhardwaj over the "paralysis" of the Municipal Corporation between 2022 and 2025, and perhaps for choosing the development of their wards over party dictates.
He further said that Kejriwal had allegedly forced Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal out of the party for raising questions.
