Chandigarh, Nov. 18 -- AAP MLA from Khadoor Sahib, Manjinder Singh Lalpura, has suffered a major setback after the Punjab and Haryana High Court refused to stay his conviction in a decade-old assault and molestation case. With the petition dismissed, his only legal remedy now lies with the Supreme Court. The court's detailed order is still awaited.
