New Delhi, April 2 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today alleged that Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta misrepresented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by distributing bicycles provided by RBL Bank to schoolgirls under her personal name during a Kanya Pujan event.
Addressing the issue, AAP Delhi unit chief Saurabh Bharadwaj claimed that the bicycles, supplied by RBL Bank as part of its CSR programme, were relabelled with the Chief Minister's name and presented as if they were being given personally by her. He further alleged that during the distribution, it was stated that the bicycles were not being provided by the government but by the Chief Minister herself.
