New Delhi, Nov. 6 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has claimed that several BJP leaders voted in the Delhi and Bihar Assembly elections, violating election norms.
AAP Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj presented what he described as evidence on social media, alleging that BJP MP Rakesh Sinha, Delhi Purvanchal Morcha president Santosh Ojha, and party worker Nagendra Kumar voted in Delhi on February 5, 2025, and again in Bihar on November 6, 2025.
He questioned how these individuals were able to vote in two different states despite the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, which was intended to prevent duplicate voting.
