New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- India's Aakriti Dahiya clinched the silver medal in the women's individual 50m rifle 3 positions event at the Asian Shooting Championships on Tuesday, marking her first individual continental podium finish.

Competing at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range, the 24-year-old shooter finished with a total score of 354.2 after the kneeling, prone, and standing rounds. Kazakhstan's Sofiya Shulzhenko, just 18, claimed the gold medal with a world record score of 358.2, while India's Anjum Moudgil, a two-time Olympian, secured the bronze with 340.4, as per Olympics.com.
