Mumbai, July 22 -- Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena MLA Aaditya Thackeray has appealed to citizens to participate in a peaceful protest at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park on Friday, July 24, at Shivaji Park in Dadar West, stating that the protest is being organised to condemn the inhuman police crackdown against Jantar Mantar student protestors as well as the arrests of students all across the country.
Aaditya Thackeray's protest call came a day after his father, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, met protestors at Jantar Mantar on Tuesday and delivered a speech at the protest venue in Delhi.
