Ashok RainaDharamshala, June 30 -- Pannun Kashmir, a frontal organisation of Kashmiri Pandits, today described as "a judicial set back" that delayed the process of justice for Kashmiri Pandits, was allegedly the 2017 Ruling of the Apex court.
Linin Kumar Bhat, a prominent activist of Pannun Kashmir, said today that in July 2017, a bench led by Chief Justice J.S. Khehar heard a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by the NGO Roots in Kashmir.
The plea sought the prosecution of several individuals, including separatist leaders like Yasin Malik, in connection with the murder of over 700 Kashmiri Pandits.
