Gadchiroli, June 23 -- In a first-of-its-kind initiative, 96 tribal students from remote villages of Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district left for New Delhi on Tuesday on a six-day educational study tour that will culminate in a meeting with the President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The students, many of whom are travelling outside their district and flying for the first time, will visit key national institutions and historical landmarks in the national capital as part of the exposure programme aimed at broadening their educational and cultural horizons.
