Panchkula, July 3 -- The Eighth Central Pay Commission (8CPC) has extended the deadline for Central Government Ministries, Departments and union Territories to submit the requisite data through its Data Collection Portal from June 30 to July 31, 2026, providing additional time to complete a key exercise that will form the basis of the Commission's recommendations on pay and pension revisions.
According to an Office Memorandum issued by the Commission on June 30, 2026, the extension was granted after several ministries, departments and union territories informed the Commission that they were unable to complete the submission of the required data within the stipulated timeline.
