Patna, Feb. 25 -- Adopting an innovative approach, Bihar Rural Works Department has set a new benchmark in environmental conservation by constructing more than 7,214 kilometres of rural roads using modern green technology, incorporating waste plastic in road construction.
Official sources saud here today that the department has been building all-weather roads in remote parts of the state, giving a fresh boost to the rural economy.
