Dharamshala, June 6 -- Himachal Pradesh will share its rich cultural heritage with Puducherry as a 48-member student delegation from various educational institutions of the state departed on Friday under the 'Yuva Sangam - Phase VI' programme being organized as part of the Government of India's 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' initiative.

The programme is being hosted by the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), which is participating in the initiative for the second time. The delegation was flagged off by CUHP Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sat Prakash Bansal, who interacted with the students before their departure and viewed a documentary showcasing the recent visit of students from Puducherry to Himachal Pradesh.
