Hyderabad, April 12 -- Hyderabad Traffic Police booked 466 drunken driving cases during a two-day special drive on April 10 and 11, with a majority involving two-wheelers.
A Police statement on Sunday said offenders were booked across various Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) levels, with 12 cases recording extremely high levels above 300.
Officials reiterated a zero-tolerance policy and said enforcement drives will continue.
Meanwhile, Cyberabad Traffic Police apprehended 240 offenders over the weekend, mostly two-wheeler riders. All accused will be produced before the court.
