Mumbai, July 2 -- A 40 -year-old woman was allegedly gang raped in a forest area of Jamner taluka, in Jalgaon district of Maharshtra and police have arrested eleven persons in this connection, officials said here on Thursday .
According to the details, on June 2 the woman and her male friend were in a forest area collecting firewood when a group of men who knew them confronted them and allegedly threatened them. Two of the accused are said to have sexually assaulted the woman, while others recorded the incident. The group also allegedly threatened the accompanying man.
