New Delhi, May 29 -- A 40-year-old unidentified man was killed in a road accident on Ring Road in West Delhi's Rajouri Garden area during the early hours of Friday, police said.
Police identified the accused driver as 19-year-old Daksh Maurya, a resident of Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Efforts are underway to apprehend him.
According to police, a PCR call was received at around 3:40 a.m. reporting a road accident on Ring Road, near Vrindavan Stone Shop in the Marble Market stretch between Rajouri Garden and Mayapuri.
When police reached the spot, they found an unidentified man lying unconscious in the middle of the road. No identity documents were recovered from the victim.
