New Delhi, Nov. 19 -- The Indian Army's Corps of Engineers marked its 245th Corps Day with a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at the National War Memorial, here today.
Lieutenant General Vikas Rohella, Engineer-in-Chief, joined serving officers, all ranks and the veterans in honouring the brave soldiers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in their service to the nation.
