Vijayawada, Sept. 4 -- Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu reaffirmed that the required quantity of urea fertilizer is being provided to farmers, saying that 2, 04,096 metric tonnes of urea has been supplied till the end of August 2025.
Speaking to the media today, Minister Atchannaidu reiterated that the supply of urea fertilizer is proceeding smoothly and transparently. He claimed that there have been no farmer protests demanding urea anywhere in the state.
The Minister noted that the formerly Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) government disrupted fertilizer supply through Mark Fed, but the current coalition government, led by Naidu, resumed the supply through this channel.
