Lucknow, Aug. 31 -- A major explosion rocked the Gudumba police station area on Sunday, in which two people were killed while several others were injured.
Reports said that there was a sudden explosion in an illegal firecracker factory running in a house in the Behat area.
The entire area shook with the loud blast. On hearing the sound, people left their houses and ran towards the spot. The local people began efforts to rescue the people trapped inside.
According to reports, Alam and his wife, Munni, both involved in making firecrackers, were killed in the explosion. Additionally, three other family members sustained injuries.
