Chennai, Feb. 15 -- The two-day The Indian Library Congress (ILC) will be held at the Anna Centenary Libraryhere from tomorrow.
Tamil Nadu School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi will inaugurate the event with DMK Lok SabhaMP Ms Kanimozhi delivering the keynote address.
The inauguration will be marked by representatives collectively reading the Preamble to the Constitution under theleadership of the Minister.
