New Delhi, Aug. 8 -- In a tragic incident, an 18-year-old boy was swept away in a drain at Madanpur Khadar area of South East Delhi, following heavy rains in the national capital, the police said on Saturday.
According to police, two PCR calls regarding the incident were received on Friday, the first at 8.31 pm at the Kalindi Kunj police station and the second at around 8.54 pm at the Sarita Vihar police station.
The incident reportedly took place around 8 pm at the Priyanka Camp Nala in Madanpur Khadar, which falls within the jurisdiction of the Sarita Vihar police station.
