Tridib BaparnashNew Delhi, Aug. 10 -- Back in the national set-up after more than a year, a leaner Sarfaraz Khan has another opportunity to revive his India Test career, this time after earning a call-up as the replacement for B Sai Sudharsan ahead of the two-Test series against Sri Lanka.
Sarfaraz's return comes after a long lay-off, during which the 28-year-old went back to domestic cricket and worked extensively on his fitness, while continuing to pile up runs. As pointed out by his father, Naushad Khan, in an interaction with this correspondent, Sarfaraz did all he could to remain in contention for a second chance.
