Panchkula, Sept. 1 -- The Haryana government is set to strengthen its firefighting capabilities by procuring 12 Aerial Ladder Platforms (ALPs) and four Turn Table Ladders (TTLs), with the equipment having a proposed reach ranging from 42 metres to 104 metres, the state Assembly was informed on Tuesday.

In a written reply to an unstarred question raised by Pooja (Mullana), State Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Vipul Goel said that the proposed ALPs and TTLs will be deployed at different locations in Haryana.
