Hazaribagh (Jharkhand), July 7 -- A fire stunt went dangerously out of control during a Muharram procession in Hazaribagh district, leaving at least 15 people injured, including several women and children.
The incident occurred in Pauta village under Muffasil police station limits when participants were performing traditional fire stunts as part of the religious procession.
Eyewitnesses reported that the fire intensified suddenly after diesel was poured onto it, causing flames to flare uncontrollably and engulf nearby individuals.
