Jalaun/ Ambedkar Nagar, May 4 -- Atleast 14 people were killed in two separate accidents in Uttar Pradesh.
While 6 people were killed and four seriously injured in a road accident in Jalaun in Bundelkhand region, another 8 people were crushed to death by a car in Ambedkar Nagar.
According to police, in Jalaun, the accident occurred in Jolhupur, near Kalpi, on the Jhansi-Kanpur National Highway when an SUV met with an accident.
The SUV occupants were returning to Lalitpur after visiting Ayodhya. The accident was so devastating that the car was severely damaged. All the passengers were trapped. Police had to cut open the car's gate and pulled out the injured.
