Panchkula, Sept. 19 -- Panchkula Police have arrested the 13th accused in a Rs 1.50-crore online trading fraud case in which a resident was allegedly lured through Telegram with promises of high returns, shown fictitious profits on a trading app and later asked to pay a 30 per cent "tax" when he sought to withdraw his money, a police spokesperson said on Saturday.
The Cyber Crime Police Station team arrested Ravinder Bishnoi alias Ravi, a resident of Jodhpur, during a raid in the Rajasthan city on September 18. He was produced before a court on Saturday and remanded in police custody for three days.
