Hamirpur, Feb. 10 -- Under the National Deworming Day program, all children, adolescents, and young people aged 1 to 19 years in all Anganwadi centers and educational institutions of Hamirpur district will be given the deworming medicine Albendazole in the last week of this month.
Along with this, children aged 1 to 5 years will also be given a dose of Vitamin A.
Deputy Commissioner Gandharva Rathore gave this information while presiding over a review meeting on the preparations for this special campaign and other immunization and vaccination programs of the Health Department on Tuesday.
