Mumbai, July 29 -- Launching a blistering attack on the ruling dispensation, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray accused the central government and the BJP on Wednesday of systematically engineering party splits and orchestrating defections to forcefully alter the Constitution.
Speaking at the 'Marmik Prabodhan Shatak' book release event in Mumbai, Thackeray claimed that the ruling party is misusing political entities for selfish gains and discarding them once their utility ends.
