"We are not just vote bank, we also know how to make and break governments": Nishad Party chief

Lucknow, Jan. 13 -- The National President of the Nirbal Indian Shoshit Hamara Aam Dal (NISHAD) Party and Uttar Pradesh Fisheries Minister Dr. Sanjay Nishad said that the Nishad community is not anyone's vote bank.

"We don't just catch fish in rivers and ponds; we also know how to make and break governments." He reiterated his demand for a CBI inquiry into the murders of Phoolan Devi and the late Jamuna Nishad.

On Tuesday, the 13th Sankalp Diwas (Resolution Day) of the Nirbal Indian Shoshit Hamara Aam Dal (Nishad Party) was held at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Auditorium, Ram Manohar Lohia Law University.
