New Delhi, Jan. 12 -- Aditya Dhar's 2019 directorial debut 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' has completed seven years since its release, prompting the filmmaker to reflect on the journey that changed his life.

Taking to Instagram, Dhar shared a heartfelt note recalling the film's release on January 11, 2019, and the impact it had on his career.

"11th January 2019. A day that changed my life forever. My first film, Uri, was released that day. I had waited a long time for that moment. My dream finally became a reality," he wrote.
