Srinagar, Aug. 2 -- National Conference president and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah on Sunday questioned the administration over the recent killings of a police officer and non-local labourers, asking who was behind the attacks if the borders were "completely under control" .
"Let me ask, who is killing people? You say that terrorism is over. So, if terrorism is over, who is killing? Bring them to the forefront. Let us see. Let the world see," Abdullah told reporters in south Kashmir.
He was reacting to the recent killings in Kulgam, where two non-local workers were targeted, and questioned how such incidents could take place if the situation had returned to normal in the union Territory.
