Bhadohi (UP), Oct. 11 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today inaugurated the 49th International Kaleen Mela and 4th Carpet Expo in Bhadohi, where he interacted with carpet entrepreneurs and exporters from across India and abroad.
Reassuring the industry of the state government's full support, the Chief Minister urged exporters not to fear the impact of US tariffs, describing the situation instead as an opportunity to expand into new global markets.
"Whenever challenges arise, they bring opportunities with them. The US has imposed tariffs, but that is just one country's decision. We are moving rapidly toward free trade agreements with the UAE, UK, and other nations, which will open new avenues for our industries," he said.
