New Delhi, Feb. 22 -- Actor Aamir Khan, celebrated for his versatility and record-breaking box office run, recently reflected on a few films he believed deserved far greater commercial success.

The 60-year-old star pointed to two early-career favorites, "Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar" and "Andaz Apna Apna", admitting he had expected both to perform much better in theaters.

"There were actually two films that, at that time, had not worked as well as we thought they would. One of them was 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.' Commercially, it didn't do well at that time. It did alright; it wasn't a flop or anything. It was appreciated and did a certain amount of business, but not the kind of business one would imagine today," Aamir told Variety India.
